This studio with a sunny balcony is located right on Port de Sóller beach and offers beautiful sea views. The location is very central: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are nearby. Due to its orientation, you will be able to enjoy the sun on the balcony from morning to afternoon. A perfect starting point for the harbour, the beach and the beautiful hiking routes of the Tramuntana. The studio consists of a living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and dining table with access to the balcony, a small hallway, a bathroom with shower and a sleeping area with double bed. It has fibre wifi and internet television with channels from around the world, double-glazed windows and air conditioning (cold/heat) in the living room and sleeping area, so you can enjoy it in both summer and winter. The beach is just a stone's throw away: leave the building and you're there. In the same building there is a café where you can have breakfast. The entire Port de Sóller bay has sandy beaches and, if you walk towards the Lighthouse, you will find a rocky cove. You can reach Sóller by tram or bus, even if you haven't hired a car — the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away and the bus stop is 5 minutes away. The taxi rank is right below the building. The villages of Fornalutx and Deià are especially worth a visit. Please note: the studio is on the first floor of the building, you have to climb a few steps. The beachfront area, with its bars and restaurants, is very lively, especially in summer, and there is a bar below the apartment, so noise can be heard. In the photo of the sleeping area the blinds are only partially open; the views in the other photos are from the balcony, accessible directly from the living-dining room. The apartment does not have private parking. There is the possibility of renting a private garage space 200 m away, highly valued in this area next to the beach due to the scarcity of parking. Price: 15 euros per day. The Balearic tourist tax (ecotasa) is added to the price, to be paid upon arrival. The amount depends on the season and length of stay and is calculated with the booking; children under 16 are exempt and the checkout day does not count.
