For 2 people.Across 62 m², the studio has an open kitchen, a combined living and sleeping area, a 5 m² balcony and a bathroom. It has a double bed (160 cm) and a large sofa bed. Fibre-optic WiFi and internet TV with channels from all over the world are provided.A very quiet, open complex with views over nature and the mountains, close to hiking trails, the mountains and the harbour. The harbour is a 10-minute walk downhill. Port de Sóller offers a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops as well as water sports such as paddle surfing and boat rental, and it is a perfect starting point for beautiful hikes. The local market takes place on Thursday mornings, with regional produce. The harbour is also known for its tram, which connects to Sóller. The bus stop is 10 minutes downhill.Please note: the studio is reached by the beautiful Mediterranean path through the complex, which includes 79 steps. A path down to the beach starts at the lowest point of the complex; you are there in 15 minutes.There is no private parking belonging to the studio; please look for a free space in the nearby streets.The Balearic tourist tax (ecotasa) is added to the price and is payable on arrival. The amount depends on the season and the length of stay and is calculated with your booking; children under 16 are exempt and the day of departure is not counted.

Air conditioning (cold/warm), internet and television are provided, so the apartment is comfortable at any time of year.The complex sits slightly above Port de Sóller, only two to three minutes' walk from the beach and the marina. Port de Sóller offers a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops as well as water sports such as paddle surfing and boat rental, and it is an excellent starting point for hikes. The local market, with regional produce, takes place on Thursday mornings. The harbour is also known for its historic tram to Sóller; the stop is a two-minute walk away and the bus station about five.Please note: the apartment is on the fourth floor and the building has no lift.
