Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Sóller. The house stands directly on Carrer de sa Lluna, the village's best-known pedestrian street, and so combines two things that rarely go together: lively village life at the front door and complete quiet behind it. Cafés, restaurants, boutiques and the old town are a few steps away; at the back, a different world opens up.

Built around ten years ago, the house offers 160 m² of generous space, a great deal of privacy and a location that is hard to find twice in Sóller. It suits families and groups of friends as well as longer stays, and anyone looking to combine work and living.

At its heart is an open-plan living area designed around the view. Large windows frame the mountain scenery and fill the house with light throughout the day. The living room flows into the dining area and the large, fully equipped kitchen. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed.

The main house has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of them opens directly onto the terrace. Both look out over the surrounding mountains.

A separate guest house adds privacy and flexibility, with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and private outdoor area — ideal for family, friends or guests who would like more independence. On request we can set it up as a small office if you plan to work from here.

The real highlight is outdoors. The wide terrace offers one of the most impressive panoramic mountain views to be had anywhere in central Sóller: the peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana, changing through the day and through the seasons. The private pool invites you to cool off, and several lounge and seating areas give you room to read, work or do nothing at all. A covered outdoor dining area is the place for long breakfasts and evenings under the Mallorcan sky, and beside it stands a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. There is an outdoor shower as well.

Despite the central location, the whole property feels secluded and calm. It is particularly well suited to longer stays: high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make remote work comfortable, and restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday services are all within walking distance — you will not need a car here.

The Balearic tourist tax (ecotasa) is added to the price and is payable on arrival. The amount depends on the season and the length of stay and is calculated with your booking; children under 16 are exempt and the day of departure is not counted.
