Welcome to your private refuge in the heart of Sóller. The house is located directly on Carrer de sa Lluna, the town's most well-known pedestrian street, and thus brings together two things that rarely go together: village life at your doorstep and absolute peace behind it. Cafés, restaurants, shops and the old town are just a few steps away; at the back, another world opens up.

Built about ten years ago, the house offers 160 m² of spacious areas, plenty of privacy and a location that is hard to find twice over in Sóller. It is ideal for families and groups of friends as well as for long stays and for those who want to combine work and relaxation.

The heart of the house is the open-plan living room, designed around the views. Large windows frame the mountain landscape and flood the house with light throughout the day. The living room connects to the dining area and the spacious fully equipped kitchen. The living room sofa is a sofa bed.

The main house has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of them opens directly onto the terrace. Both have views of the mountains.

There is also an independent guest house with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and its own outdoor area — ideal for family, friends or guests who prefer more independence. If needed, we can set it up as a small office so you can work comfortably.

The best is outside. The spacious terrace offers one of the most impressive panoramic views to be found in the centre of Sóller: the peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana, which change throughout the day and seasons. The property stands out for its swimming pool, from which there are beautiful views of the mountain. There are also several seating areas and a chill-out zone, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, covered dining area for long breakfasts and dinners under the Majorcan sky, and even an outdoor shower.

Despite the central location, the entire property feels intimate and peaceful. It is especially suitable for long stays: high-speed internet and your own work space allow you to work from home comfortably, and restaurants, cafés, shops and daily services are all within walking distance — you don't need a car here.

The Balearic tourist tax (ecotasa) is added to the price and is payable upon arrival. The amount depends on the season and length of stay and is calculated with the booking; children under 16 are exempt and the checkout day does not count.
