Description
This apartment with a spacious private sunny balcony is located in an open and absolutely peaceful urbanisation above the Port de Sóller, and offers magnificent views of the sea, the port and nature. Due to its south-facing orientation, you will be able to enjoy the sun on the balcony from midday until the afternoon. A perfect location for exploring the beautiful hiking routes that begin nearby and for the Port de Sóller with its restaurants and beaches.
Two complete bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, plus a second bathroom and two individual sofa beds in the living room. The living room has air conditioning (cold/heat), ideal for enjoying the apartment in both summer and winter; the bedrooms have fans. There is television and internet.
The apartment is accessed via the beautiful Mediterranean path that runs through the urbanisation and which covers some sections of stairs. There is a path to the beach that begins at the lowest point of the urbanisation; it takes 10 minutes to get down.
A very peaceful and open urbanisation with views of nature and mountains, close to hiking routes, the mountains and the port. The port is 10 minutes on foot away. Port de Sóller offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as water sports such as paddleboarding and boat hire, and is a perfect starting point for beautiful excursions. The weekly market is on Thursday mornings, with regional products. The port is also known for its tram, which goes to Sóller. The bus stop is 10 minutes downhill.
The apartment does not have private parking; you will find free parking on nearby streets.
The Balearic tourist tax (ecotasa) is added to the price and is payable upon arrival. The amount depends on the season and length of stay and is calculated with the booking; children under 16 are exempt and the checkout day does not count.
